The desk is the front page of the stream. This site is the scoreboard — not a competitor. Super Chat and memberships stay on YouTube. Send viewers to other creators’ official channels.

Run of show (3 hours)

1. Open (5 min). Who we are. Bell on YouTube. Say airportrunwayslive.com out loud.
2. Who’s live. Open /live. Name the creator and the field. Click through to their YouTube — we do not restream.
3. Weather that changes ops. METAR on the overlay (/overlay?icao=KMCO) and on/airports/mco. Only talk wind, vis, and category if it changes the show.
4. Heavies due at MCO. Say them out loud from a public arrivals board. No scraped Flightradar24 map.
5. Second screen. “Go to airportrunwayslive.com/map?icao=MCO” — then LAS, SXM, ORD as the board moves.
6. Close. Next live date, subscribe, airportrunwayslive.com.

OBS

1. Scene: host cam + browser source /overlay (transparent, METAR under the bumper).
2. Scene: /live or /map?icao=MCO full screen.
3. Scene: starting soon — logo + “Desk at 4pm ET”.
4. Audio: host mic only. No ATC unless you are at the field.
5. Unlisted 10 minutes early. Public at 4:00pm ET.
