These are fixed, automated cameras — not a person behind a lens. Most of the FR24 board uses an Axis PTZ running CamStreamer’s PlaneTracker app, with ADS-B from Flightradar24 on the overlay. The stream lives on the official Flightradar24 YouTube channel.
